This lovely teak and oak desk was manufactured in Denmark circa 1960, it has a tambour door that slides upwards to reveal removable file drawers. A deep drawer is featured below. the 2 oak legs have been manufactured using a teak tip to the base of them. The table top has been sanded and oiled with several coats of Danish oil. It retains some wear as clearly photographed.
The base of the table top has a sticker showing it was the property of the State Prison at Sønder Omme in Denmark.
There is no key with the desk.

Most notable in the design is the channel used to glide the smaller tables under the larger so they don't stack directly and damage each other.
Makers mark clearly visible.

Visit product page →This large, teak, drop leaf dining table was designed by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard. Manufactured by France and Son of Denmark between 1950 and 1960. The table has beautiful, sculptural legs, which open using piano and brass ball hinges. The top is made in solid teak with a stunning grain. The table top has been lightly sanded and oiled using danish oil, it retains a few light marks, clearly photographed. The table will comfortably seat six to eight diners.
Makers Mark is clearly visible on underside

This teak table with metal support by Augusto Bozzi for Saporiti won the Honorable mention at the Italian Premio Compasso d'Oro by ADI in 1955
The frame is constructed of Varnished black metal, and the removable teak top has been professionally cleaned and restored. It is in very good vintage condition.

Beautiful solid teak corner table by Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard for France and Son. The wood has been professionally cleaned and restored and has a beautiful patina. The lower tier is manufactured in woven bamboo. The makers mark is clearly visible.

This wall mounted coat rack is constructed of nine wooden panels finished with teak veneer, mounted onto a feature brass frame. 5 brass hooks can be manoeuvred around the mounts and slotted over the tops. There is also a top hat shelf and a brass rail for coat hangers or scarves. The unit has 2 rectangular holes which will slot over screws or hooks, attaching it securely to a wall. A German sticker is present on the rear of the piece - 'Oberfläche Holzartig'. This is a vintage piece and has minor wear which is clearly shown in the photographs.

This magazine rack is made from steel, designed in 1955 to complement Panton's 'bachelor' chair manufactured using the same methods. It has been newly upholstered in off white canvas and grey leather. The rack comes apart and can be flat packed.
In excellent condition throughout.

The table has a large 3cm solid teak circular top and sleigh legs. This product has been oiled and is in very good condition. There are 2 imperfections in the wood, clearly photographed.
