    This large, teak, drop leaf dining table was designed by Peter Hvidt & Orla Mølgaard.  Manufactured by France and Son of Denmark between 1950 and 1960.  The table has beautiful, sculptural legs, which open using piano and brass ball hinges.  The top is made in solid teak with a stunning grain. The table top has been lightly sanded and oiled using danish oil, it retains a few light marks, clearly photographed. The table will comfortably seat six to eight diners.

    A 1960s Am Ansager Möbler metamorphic Teak Extending Dining / Card Table with baize lined reversible top.  A stamped marks to the base, The most brilliant design.  

    This table has a baize and a wooden side.  Which means you can use its as a small 4 person dining table/side table or as a games table.  

    The table extends using hidden leaves that pull out, the wooden sided square top then slots into the space revealing a dining table comfortably seating 6.  The attention to detail is lovely such as the wooden clasp that holds the square top in place reflect.

    The table is in excellent condition and very sturdy.  The baize looks unused.

    A minimalist Arne Hovmand Olsen for Mogens Kold Danish Teak Chest of Three Drawers with flush invisible handles.  Beautiful sculpture legs.

    Mogens Kold was one of the best known Danish makers in the 1960s , and most of their pieces are well marked or labelled this set of drawers - this piece has a MK Craftsmanship roundel to the rear.

    Arne Hovmand Olsen ( 1919 -1989 ) designed many of his pieces in the 1950s and 1960s and is well known today, not only for his designs for Mogens Kold but also for a Dutch manufacturers and sold well in the US. His dining chair designs are particularly sought after as is the long sideboard from the same series as this chest of drawers.
